Industry SuperFunds launches new research ‘Narrowing the gap by making childcare more affordable’

ISA’s research shows that by increasing the CCS rate and flattening the taper rate, particularly for low-income women and families, the Federal Government would significantly improve women’s workforce participation and, in turn, their retirement outcomes.

ISA launched this research last week with a panel of experts advocating for a range of reforms around gender equality including the ACTU. This report looks specifically at one way the government could address the gender super gap.
