ME says sorry.

You may have seen that ME Bank recently made changes to one of their older home loan products, resulting in some of customers having their redraw limit reduced. The bank say these were adjusted to protect some customers from the risk of redrawing too much money, putting them behind their repayment schedule.

ME Bank has since apologised in newspapers all over Australia for the lack of communication.
