How to Change Your Zoom Background on Desktop

1. Download the Australian Union zoom backgrounds to your computer.
2. Download the Zoom app for Mac or Windows & Sign In.
3. Click ‘Settings’.
4. In the left menu, click on the ‘Video Background’ or ‘Virtual Background tab’
5. In the Virtual Background tab, select ‘+Add Image’ to upload zoom background from your computer.

How to Change Your Zoom Background on Mobile

1. Download the Australian Union zoom backgrounds to your device and save in photo library.
2. Download the Zoom app to your IOS or Android device.
3. Open the app, sign in and join a meeting.
4. Tap the ‘three dots’ at the bottom right to open the ‘More menu’.
5. Tap ‘Virtual Background’.
6. Tap ‘+’ and choose the image from your photo library
