After the Oscars triumph of Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri we are taking the message to the streets, with mobile billboards highlighting the necessity of paid domestic violence leave for women experiencing violence at home.
Everyone has the right to be free from violence at work and at home.
And the Turnbull government are failing to act. We need paid domestic violence leave. And strong laws, internationally, against violence harassment at work.
The experts say ten days paid leave is what women need. To leave, you need paid leave.
So here’s what we’ve done. We’ve got a plan to get three billboards, pop them on trucks, and drive them around the officer office of Minister for Women, Kelly O’Dwyer and the community to raise awareness.
Can you chip in and help us get these billboards noticed by the Minister for Women?
The billboards are powerful. Women are being killed. Ten days paid leave can save their lives.
