Why Attend?

This isn’t just a conference – it’s a gathering of mob. A place to connect, yarn, and plan for the future. Across two days, we’ll hear from union leaders, community voices, and campaigners working for justice.

  • National Anti-Racism Framework
  • Anti-Racism Training
  • Bargaining Guide & National Employment Standards
  • Delegate Development
  • Together 4 Treaty
  • Progressing Truth-Telling
  • WHS & Psycho-Social Hazards of Racism
  • Union Leadership for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Members

Support Participation

Affiliates are encouraged to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members to attend, especially those active in workplace and community campaigns. This is a chance to grow leadership, build networks, and shape the future of our movement.
